Cold brew matcha means you are mixing matcha with cold water, it is that simple. The term cold brew is to make it sound fancier. I know! And you can make a smooth, and clump-free matcha using a water bottle or a flask. This method is far better and quicker when it comes to making iced matcha drinks.
Start with a glass filled with ice. I like these smaller cubed ones. Pop one Good Mood Matcha sachet in and fill half of the bottle with filtered water and shake the hell out of it for about 20 seconds. Into the glass of ice water, pour in the cold matcha. Give it a little swirl to make sure the matcha is well incorporated into the cold water and sip away!
This matcha doesn't have any sugar or honey to sweeten. If you want to have something sugary. Think mochi, and if you can get them, I would recommend wagashi, bite-sized Japanese confections would go well with matcha.
