Put a luscious green twist on an old Italian classic dessert with this matcha affogato. Take vanilla ice cream, coat is with nice thick matcha and you've got a delicious treat.
If you don't have a matcha bowl you can use a small bowl or even a cup to mix the matcha in. To make the thick matcha by tripling the matcha amount to 3 sachets with 250ml of warm water, mix well using a bamboo whisk or a spoon.
Scoop ice cream or gelato in a cup, vanilla flavour pairs perfectly with the earthy taste of matcha, pour thick matcha on top and serve immediately.
